lol, i feel the same way.
honestly, i was at a wedding last yr and they didnt give them and i didn't even notice until months later when someone pointed it out to me!

Yeah its a thank you for all your guests. You can always do somthing simple like choclates. Or a donation-they wont know exactly how much you spend that way.

you don't HAVE to - but it's a nice gesture....

You can do something small if you prefer... i'm doing cookies - the pics are in my album....this way people will actually USE it - by chowing down probably on their way home from the wedding!

I only like the idea of them because they can help dress up the table.......but I like DavenJess's idea with the cookies. Maybe I'll make something sweet and put it in cute packages. Thanks gals....this is one of those Ugh...really...moments.

same for me they are just decoration, but I guest its also like a tradition to give them as a thank you. But if you send thank you cards i feel thats the same thing as a favor.

It's really hard to find nice ones too that are relatively cheap. You can cut costs by doing one per couple though. I think I'm going to do something though, I think people will talk if we don't!
