Feeling accomplished

So my wedding is a year from next month. I think I have a good amount of checks so far. Please let me know if i'm leaving out anything 'big' for now!

DJ
Minister
photobooth
Ceremony musicians

I've gone dress shopping twice since Thanksgiving, but going again at the end of this month and going to really start looking hard core! We'll also check out some bridesmaid dresses too.

i'm going to give myself a few weeks before going to find a florist - but intend on checking out Pedestals and Flowers by Brian before the summer starts.

oh - and we can't go on our honeymoon until next summer so i'll research that sometime THIS summer. somthing good to look forward to :)

Awesome! You got a lot done! Have you thought about limos or videographers yet?

We don't need limos because we're getting married at the RH and hotel is right next door :) And we decided we're not havig a videographer either.

I found one company that does hair and make up that a friend referred me too. I like their work from the pics I've seen. But not ready to commit yet. It's so hard to choose! I feel like a lot of people i've seen online look very 'prom' or drag queen looking lol.

Believe me - there was a period where I was dragging my feet because I got engaged in Sept. Took us a while to find a date/venue. Somehow, i had a fire under my *** and felt the need to really get some of this done. Part of it was that I was going crazy over everything and figured once I book the big things, it should lessen the stress of everything else - which it has! Now i can strictly focus on my dress for the next couple of months. I still have to get my engagement session in and hopefully get out my save the dates by June or July!
