Feeling soo behind..but dont want to do it lol

I only have the hall booked so dont feel too bad your list looks almost done to me.

yeah....it is soo hard to get things done without FH home. Cause I definitely like having his opinion on things.

Then dress shopping is sooo hard. I went once with the girls. We found a dress we all liked but don't know if that is definitely the one. But I know you dont really need to order them too early. So I am ok with that. It is just hard cause I have school at night 3 nights a week and I also work and then I like to go to the gym haha I feel like NO TIME. Plus 2 girls are out of state now because of college. I guess over Xmas break is a perfect time to go dress shopping with them!

awww its okay let it settle in and pay off what you have and then start looking for the rest.

thats what i plan on doin.

gettin all the plans ready to go (vendors booked)

then i will relax and wait for a while...so i dont give sick of it..or to the point i dont want to do anything

I haven't ordered my dress yet... I'm at 10 months and plan to order around 8 months.

agreed! i don't think i would want to order my dress 2 years ahead! thats such a huge period of time..styles can change..you too can change physically and mentally (meaning what styles you like)!

I totally agree. Ordering your dress 2 years in advance is a getting a bit ahead of yourself I think. Just like Bride 2 Be says, your tastes can and most likely will change in a year and so many more styles will come out between now and then. So I think you're COMPLETELY ok timeline wise w/not ordering your dress yet. Definitely start looking to get an idea though of what you like on you.

You still have some time and you have a lot more done than I do! I just have the RH, church and photo/video! But according to theknot.com I'm right on schedule

hi girls, im an 09er crashing... first of all, I want to tell you all that a lot of you have fantastic ideas that many of the 09 girls have adapted into their wedding planning.

I would just like to say, however, that the reason why a lot of the 09ers are getting more things done is because a lot of the dates are already being taken. The photographer I've wanted since the day I was proposed to is booked every sunday from now until the end of 2009... so i was too late with him.

many other vendors are booking up fast exactly the same way, so because of that, the 09ers need to move faster than usual. I hope nothing that you really want is booked for your day, it would be a terrible shame...i literally cried when he told me he was booked lol.

I don't think any of us are getting ahead of ourselves. A lot of us are finishing school and working, and therefore don't have a lot of time to get these things done... so when we have the time, we have to act on it because we literally have no other time to get it done (ugh i WISH i did... full time student teaching, grad school, AND work... please strangle me, thanks)

I wish each and every one of you good luck with your wedding planning. I've seen a lot of great ideas on the 08 boards, and I know the 09ers are very appreciative. 08 is right around the corner!
