Yea and I lived there I can totally have a dog! FH might be allergic but chances are, in that house, he might never even see the dog

there is this house that they STILL didnt sell . . . i show it to FH every few months LOL but ::sigh:: we still cant afford ANYTHING over five million. . . i mean spending that much would totally cramp our style. . .

Okay so I am so excited i called FH and i calculated the mortgage. . .
we figured in a few years we can put down $50K so our monthly payments will ONLY be $42,568.09
i think if i cut back on the starbucks. . . and FH quits smoking - we can TOTALLY do it!

honestly, that's probably an amazing investment. you could definately flip it for 3 times that amount without a problem.

I was thinking it would be more of a Money Pit It can't be fliped for that much more considering it's location, maybe 2x max, the homes in the area aren't going for more than that.
