I am glad you are buying my fixer upper! I can't wait to get out of it....lets be serious, I need way more then just 1 inground pool, 2 fireplaces, and a 3 car garage!

I know, it doesn't even have a separate extension for the butlers, maids and chefs. I mean, have you seen anything tackier?

The owner will be a gazilloniare once he/she sells.

Haha- its fun to dream...

We did this when we lived in PA, but the funny thing is some of the model homes in PA were 6 bed, 5 bath with two 12 foot islands in kit, 2 stoves and more on 1 acre all for $600,000.00. That gets you a little more than a regular house on LI.

Jess, i think the house is too small- you will just have to move to a bigger house when you have kids!

I know! We wanted to move to NC b/c it's ridiculous what you get for your money there (compared to here)

So were FH and I, we actually put in a bid..they accepted haha..That house is awesome maybe all us 08 brides can pool our money together and buy it all together, it looks like it owuld be big enough!!

I am also a lurker on mlsli.com. I always check out those houses I could never afford. (And I secretly like to laugh when the houses are super expensive and tacky!)
