honestly, that's probably an amazing investment. you could definately flip it for 3 times that amount without a problem.

I don't know about that, my brother is a mortgage broker and while i'm not sure of the exact location of the house in question he said there are tons of homes in Jericho selling for 1.25-1.5 mill that could easily go for 3 times that amount after a flip. it all depends on who you know too... like an experienced flipper would have a much easier time b/c they have connections so costs would be lower and what not.
either way... it's nic to dream
I was thinking it would be more of a Money Pit It can't be fliped for that much more considering it's location, maybe 2x max, the homes in the area aren't going for more than that.
