FH's favor idea- what do you think HONESTLY

My FH and I were talking about favors. He wants to do a mini bottle of Jack (with our label on it) and a shot glass with our names and date on it.

What do you guys think of this idea? Like it /dont like it....why or why not?

Maybe something that all the guest may enjoy, unless you know that everybody likes jack

Although it is very cool favor, it just does not appeal to all, My friend did baileys with shot glasses, and I though it was cool, but it can go either way. I would just be weary of the people who dont drink Jack.

JACK....That is a tough one. I agree with the majority. It is specific to those who like it. Anyone who does not like Jack or does not drink...
Sorry to the FH....alot more guests would use the Ice cream scoop.

liquor and wine are alcohol. so if you think giving liquor is tacky or trashy, then you have to think wine is too. i dont think you should specifically just give jack daniels, i'd give a variety of everything. and just because its a wedding, doesnt mean everything has to be pretty and heartsy and everything. make it personal. and if your fh loves jack daniels, and people know that, then it makes sense. dont make it a cookie cutter wedding.
