Finally...the builders we want for our florida home, there website is up..here are some pics

As many of you know, FI and I bought land last year in North Port FL. For about a week the website has been down.

I checked today and its up. Here are the pics of the model of the house we are having built.

Front of the house

Lanai and pool

Dinning room

bedroom/office (there are 2 guest bedrooms)

master bath. What you dont see is the shower. its a walk in shower on the left hand side

master bedroom - there is a sliding glass door that leads to the pool

family room

kitchen

outside - there is a huge sliding glass door that is actually a hide away door which means that entire wall opens up. that leads to the living room

there is another bathroom but no pic of it. its a basic bathroom. its located between the 2 guest bedrooms.

we're having an additional bedroom and bathroom added onto the construction

Its so beautiful down there. Northport is starting to become very popular. Its so peaceful and a lot of land.

I told FI i want a pool. If the house doesnt come with a pool i dont want it.

There are a lot of model homes and builders and we looked at quite a few of them. 2 builders we looked at they dont include a pool package. I said no thanks, i want the pool.

Everything is so gorgous down there. I cant wait

Everyone is invited to a pool party in December

Chippa its beautiful!!! I can only imagine the amount of $$ you have saved by moving South. A house like that would be worth gagillions here!

Wanda you have no idea... and all appliances are included. stove, fridge, microwave. the only thing that is not included is washer and dryer, but the hook up is all there. automatic garage door opener included.

chippa that is gorgeous--so spacious--love the floor plan--so many nice views of the pool from many parts of the house! i would love to get a house like that built here-(i can keep dreaming!)--best of luck to you and you have to have a gtg at your house!(so you have to add that extra bedroom!!HAHA!) congrats!

Totally and dont forget Sarasota/Bradenton has an airport as well. On occasion you can get pretty good rates flying into/out of there as well.

I heard Sarasota has good flights, but they are up and down. We fly into Fort Myers (plus I love Jetblue and it flies into Fort Myers)

Beautiful! I'm glad to hear how excited and happy you are. Hope that you have many happy years there!!

My parents recently moved to FL-just south of Ft. Meyers. They love the area, the beaches, the sunshine, the pool they can use all year long.
