try not to worry too much ( i know that is probably impossible for you) - but you guys HAVE to try and be positive about things - I am so sorry that this is happening to the both of you - but remember that we are all here to support you and will be around when you need us to chat..... maybe you and FH can start going to a support group together - i am pretty sure there are groups out there if you look for them - maybe that will help lift your spirits - especially FH's.....you want him to stay positive through all of this. what are the doctors saying? im sorry hun.....

I am praying for him! My Grandfather had colon cancer so I know how you feel. I pray the treatment is successful!

As far as treatment, he's on chemo now (thus complaining being ill) but I much rather have him in New York instead of Trinidad. I know it's in G-d's hands right now but this is very tough.

I am so sorry to hear about your FH. Is there any way he can come to the US and get treatment? I don't know how all of that works. I'm sure it must be really hard for you with him being so far away when you want to be with him and support him. Maybe you can go there for a while and be with him. If you need anything we are here for you

I'm sorry What did the doctors say about his chances of beating this? My 88 year old grandmother just found out she had colon cancer last month and they removed her tumors and she is absolutely fine, she didn't even need chemo. There is hope, stay strong for your FH. You're both in my prayers.

He can get through this- my grandmother lived many many years after being diagnosed with colon cancer. Give him strenght to fight it b/c if his spirits and his hope is broken he will just give up.

Right now, more than anything, you need to be strong for him. We are here to let you vent but for him, he needs to know you are strong. I promise you and your FH will be in my prayers. God will take care of him.
