Did you wrap the hat boxes first and the cut the holes? Or did you cut the holes and then wrap them?

I am wondering what I should do!!!

we cut the holes and then wrapped so that we could neatly tuck the edges into the holes.

I cut the hole then cut the fabric w/ a razor blade so i could tuck it inside
