For girls who met with their venue before the wedding..
What information did you hafta supply to the venue..
Like a list of specifics:
example: one favor next to each guest place setting.. or need table for cardbox set up..
does anyone have a list of things to tell the venue? or ideas that I may not think of??

We brought about 9 cases of wine (favors)...then a box with a centerpiece a family friend made for the escort table...then a box with toasting flutes, cake serving set...and then the photo card box,
Make sure all of your boxes are LABELED. Last names/date/time
When we met with the BM, he had a list to go into our folder. He had like a checklist of things and we said yes or no. If you have any special requests, he can add that. They know to have a table for the cardbox.
If you have picture frames or extra things for the cake table or whatever, just tell them what it is and exactly where you want it!

I brought like fifteen boxes (including all the candy and glassware for the candy bar). I was very very very specific with all of my requests. I had already labelled each candy container so they knew what went where. I wrote one list of everything and what to do with it and then wrapped and labelled each thing individually with directions. I say be as meticulous as you can be so they don't get anything wrong!
