For those Honeymooning in Aruba...Jennbaby, please help!
I went to a Travel Agent today, I basically need to know which is a better deal / hotel - I have never been there, here is what I got - it is the avg. price because I got 2 quotes - they are with airfare, transfers to and from the airport in Aruba, hotel room and all hotel taxes.7 nights
The Radisson Aruba - in a deluxe ocean/pool rom $1,841.00 per person
Hyatt Regency Aruba - $1,899.00 per person.
Wyndham Aruba - All inclusive in a deluxe pool ocean view room $1,869.00 per person
Wyndham Aruba - European plan - no meals - $1,314.00 per person.
Wyndham is the only one with all-inclusive.
Thanks all!

Those seem like good prices. I didn't stay in any of those hotels (stayed at La Cabana) but our airfare alone was $1500 for the 2 of us, not including food and the room. Jenn has been there plenty more times than I, so I will leave it to her answer you question in more detail!!Aruba is great!

I've heard that the Hyatt is the best place to stay on the island. There are some reviews on www.fodors.com worth reading...

I would not go all inclusive though, there are so many great places to eat on the Island and a couple we had met there regretted going all inclusive.

Oh the Radisoon....it is beautiful!!!!I also stayed at the La Cababa...It was nice also got the price
Laso the Wyndam is way too windy it is on the windiest point fo the island
he Hyatt is over 10 years old and very crowded...I stayed there 10 years ago the year after if was bulit....
We did the all inclusive and we wish that we had only done it for Breakfast and Lunch... and avoid thr Dine-around Plan... it was a total waste of money becasue we wold have liked to eat at different places....

Re: For those Honeymooning in Aruba...Jennbaby, please help!
We stayed at the Wyndham with only the breakfast buffet included. We joined Wyndham-by-request before and they upgraded us to a waterfront suite, which was so nice!! I don't think the Wyndham was any windier than any other place on the island, it's windy everywhere! I had no complaints about the resort and would go back. The staff were great, especially for honeymooners.I'd say if you have the extra money stay at the Hyatt, we visited there but I don't remember what the Radisson was like. The grounds are really nice, and the pool has an awesome swim-up bar. Whaterver you do, don't do all inclusive, you'll want to eat at all the great restaurants. But, the b'fast buffet is good.

Here I am kittyke
Just to let you know I have prices right in front of me as I type this from In & Out Travel (vendor on here) that are better than the ones you received for 4 different hotels. I have 7 & 14 night prices. I in fact have rates for 14 nights ($500 more for 14 nights than your 7 nights at the Wyndham)! We are booking our honeymoon this Thursday! And my prices also include airfare, hotel, tax & transfers.
I have prices for the Marriott, Hyatt, Radisson & Wyndham.
My favorite place to stay in Aruba so far was the Radisson, however in May we have chosen to stay at the Wyndham, because the prices are great!!! I have been in their lobby/casino, looks nice, and my friend stayed there & she enjoyed it.
Wyndham Aruba
I would not get all inclusive, there are so many great places to eat there.
May I suggest you call In & Out Travel?

I just came back from my honeymoon in Aruba. We stayed at the Wyndham and we loved it. I highly recommend it. They upgraded us because we were honeymooners and we got a bottle of champagne and special treatment.

Re: For those Honeymooning in Aruba...Jennbaby, please help!
We did all inclusive for our honeymoon in Aruba and it was worth every penny. Sure we ate dinner out a few times but other meals were included with the hotel. It is also a wonderful idea if you and husbabd like to enjoy some drinks...............The drink prices alone would have had us go broke but they were included with the all inclusive even on the beach as long as we had our purple allegro band on.Welcome New Vendors
