For those who did Engagement Pics as part of a package...
Ok my photographer just informed me that my 'free' e-pics included in my photo package are free ONLY if I do them at the studio (no outside location).
Is this normal? I was soo convinced I could just tell them a date in June/July to take pics at Jones Beach or something...Is that something you girls paid seperately for, or was it included in your overall photography package?

my photog told me the same thing - so we opted not to do them cause we didn't want to spend more money. but when i had my final meeting with him, he said he would do a trash the dress or an after shoot since we didn't do the epics. i dont even know if im interested in doing that though.

Yea you and I are booked w/ the same company and noticed that. I dont want my pics at a studio. I am very disappointed that I wasn't told this when I booked w. them!!

Mine were free as well and I took them in DUMBO. I would definitely inquire as to why you weren't told this when you booked. If you're a big enough pain, they may compromise and do an hour at an outdoor location as opposed to two in the studio or something like that...

They told me this when I booked- but i also asked them. They didnt volunteer the info.

mine were in certain locations (outside, but within a 10 minute drive from the studio)

Yeah..theres a lot of info they havent been volunteering to date. Really not feeling them this at all...

Mine were 'free' or at least included in the package price. We were able to go anywhere we wanted (within reason, of course)
