For those who used a mortgage broker?
After you close do you still have to deal with your broker or do you just deal with your mortgage bank?

I deal w/ the bank now if I have any questions, even though my broker is willing to help me if I need him still.

I haven't dealt with our mortgage broker since before the closing. Once we signed the papers we dealt directly with the bank.
Congrats on the new house. Love the pics of the outside - can't wait to see some of the inside.
