Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Oct 25 date twins: book your room blocks NOW!

I arranged BOTH my room blocks today, at the inn at FH and at the executive inn!!! I planned on doing the best western because they have a bar attached to the hotel, but they had no king rooms available for my night, only doubles... and i personally have not slept in a double in sooo long, i would HATE IT if I had to do it again, even for one night - it's small for two people ... so I wanted to give my guests options, so I chose the EI.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Does anyone know how the bridal suite at the inn at fox hollow differs from some of the other rooms? It looks like it's a one bedroom suite, not a studio, but I am not sure of the difference. I have a king studio booked for the night of my wedding but I may upgrade to the bridal suite .. TIA!

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Im so upset and angry right now!!! I am doing ym own centerpieces and have had them planned since last spring. Since then i have confirmed with Arthur, Ron, and lindsey at our meeting that I could do these centerpieces and that someone would set them up for me. So my mom and I spent 4 hours sunday organizing them into boxes by table and making sure they all have directions with them and doing everything Fox Hollow asked me to. Today i get an email from Lindsey saying they wont have enough time to do them how I want and I have to change them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo way they can do this to me!! My mom and i have spent sooooooo much time organizing and planning these. I just dont get it!!!!!!! I think my wedding will be very nice there, but seriously it has been one thing after another. I dont get why they are so difficult there!!!
here is a pic of how I want my tables set up.
And its all our own candles and we already bought them all!!!! And they are all out of the packaging so its not like I can return them. I want to cry!

that is bull cr@p!! dont take that from them..call them back and complain!! even use me as an example.. my DIY , CP were not easy and required setting up!!
i had over a 100 floating candles that were battery operated.. they had to turn every one on!! and the wreath itself had lights.. plust they had to fill the bowls with water...

please dont let them do this to you.. thats their job to set up any CP's you have!!!

good luck and let me know what happens!

Im totally going to do them no matter what! My mom and I spent a lot of time organizing them this weekend and transporting all the candles here from maine. And they were always assuring me it was no problem. I wrote back saying all this and that it was unacceptable to not be able to set them up. Im waiting to see what they say before I go down there in person.

I took pictures! There are a few differences:

The bridal Suite has a door by the bedroom and the fabrics on the couch and lamps are different.

personally, I like the regular suites better.

there is no reason they can't set them up especially since they already agreed to it. they have more than enough staff, not to mention the PWPs upstairs that you get complimentary. Have those girls do it.
