The favors should be the last thing you should worry about. Focus on the impottant things first.
how many people are you having??
I think 10k is plenty for all that IMO I could be wrong depending on how many people you have.
These are my rough estimates
invites 1k
dj- 2k (unless you are getting a band and then I could see the concern)
flowers 4k
limos- 2k?
Favors= only if you need it.

i think you can get all of those vendors w/in 10k. for entertainment, def go for a dj b/c it's less than a band and shop around for your florists and limos to get the best price. There are tons of affordable invitation places there and you don't have to do favors if you don't want to. good luck!!!

Invites.. make them on vista print. i got 100 invites with reception cards, rsvp cards, matching envelopes, return addresses printed, and envelope seals all for under $250 with shipping and they are beautiful!!!
Limos - we are under 2k for ours. and there is enough room for 26 people!
Entertainment- our DJ gave us an amazing deal and it's under 3k
Flowers - do low centerpieces instead of high, that saves money and make all the bouquets smaller. our florist is under 3k
and Favors - i wouldnt worry about until you get closer. you can find some deals around the holidays!

Music- $3,000 for a 5 piece band for 5hrs. They are amazing. We went to see them last week and i had so much fun. (Even jiving with the Drummer.... Don't ask slightly drunk)
$250 for a DJ for the extended Party for 3 hours. He played at my sisters 21st and had the dance floor filled all night with all sorts of music.
Flowers - Local florist $1,000
Favors - Probably a donation but i am not spending more than 300-400.
Invitations - $220 Costco.com
Limos - $1,200 Not sure yet as i am still checking prices but i have got a quote for 4 hours for a 22 pass Escalade for less than this but i think i want a rolls or something also.
