So we need to pick either Friday night or Sunday night and I don't know what to do!!
Friday-people will come late because of work.
Sunday-people may leave early because they have work in the morning.
So confused and everyone has an opinion !!!!!!(Little vent right there lol)
Please if you had a friday or sunday night wedding and can give me any advice I would be so gratefu!l

I had the exact same question a couple of months ago! Fh and I took the advice of most of the ladies on here and went with the Friday. People can still go to work that day and make it to your wedding by 7. If they want to leave work early or take off, they can but they don't have to. People will prob stay later than they would on a Sunday. Just like a lot of the ladies on here said---the people who care about u the most will be there whichever day u choose.

I am a fan of Friday weddings. I don't like to think about work the next day, but that's just me.

Friday, people will all try to get off work early to get there. and won't worry about leaving, plus they'll enjoy themselves more in my opinion.

we had to make this decision too, and we went with friday! it's gonna be a wedding later in the day obviously, but the people who care and love you will be there. we're having church @ 430 and CH @ 730. plus you can party aalllllllll night and not have to end things early. i want our wedding to be a partyyyyy and for everyone to have a great time, so friday worked the best for us.

We're doing a Sunday because it's veterans day & most likely people will have off the next day! But either way we would have had a Sunday wedding, it just gives people more time to get ready before the wedding than having to worry about leaving work early and rushing! Thats just my opinion!

I had a sunday wedding and the only people that left early were the old crowd, lol, so to speak.
Friends and family just simply took the day off, took 1/2 day off, or just partied till the end and still went to work.
I've gone to plenty of sunday weddings when I did NOT take off work the next day and I was fine. But I know me and I have no problem doing it once in a while. Partying before a day of work every nite is a different story. It's your wedding!!!
