GARTER

Girls, I saw this garter somewhere, didn't save, and not I can't find it!

And I feel like I googled for every work combination I could think off!


...It has a little yellow face with the tongue sticking out! (Like the AIM icon; I can't show it because there's no such icon on LIW)

...Please tell me if you see anything like that!!!!
