Oh my gosh, you girls are so on top of everything! I'm planning on a summer of 2011 wedding as well and haven't booked an RH yet because I'm planning my wedding from Los Angeles. I'm going back to NY next weekend to look at a few places. Now you girls have me so nervous!!!

You have plenty of time! If you're worried, if you're set on your particular date, call the halls before you go and make sure they have your date available. Since you're only here for the weekend, you don't want to waste your time with places that are already booked. You'll be fine!

Seriously, don't get crazy, you have plenty of time. A lot of girls do it in a LOT less time than you've got.

I'm on the east coast and I have nada! The only people I have booked are my MOH and bridesmaids
Realistically, a year and a half is PLENTY of time. Neurotically, however, I'm sick to my stomach!
I did do plenty of research and narrowed my choices considerably and it helps to be flexible with the date.

Well I've found that booking a RH can be tricky. When I booked mine I got one of the last days in summer 2011. But then again, its the summer.

Ha ha - me too! I had my bridesmaids and MOH picked probably before we got engaged. Then as soon as FH proposed, I couldn't wait to tell all of my girls. They have been such a big help already. I'm hoping that I'll be able to book something next weekend when i'm back in NY. Then I won't be such a big ball of nerves!
