Getting really mad at DUET! VENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has been almost 7 weeks since my e-pics... I havn't gotten a teaser, A CD NOTHING!

I called last Tuesday they said it should be in by Thursday or Friday... I called Thursday (exactly 6 weeks since my pics) they said Nope maybe Friday.. .they didn't come in Friday either.

So I let it go over the weekend knowing the photogs are busy, so I called today and they said they still don't have it. To try calling FRIDAY if I don't hear anything. I said FRIDAY?!?!? That is over 7 weeks. He said he would leave a note for TJ and hopefully he can get them to me.

THIS IS BS!! I even said I don't want to have the same problem with my wedding pics and I am getting concerned. He said there is a high demand for epics now... YEAH WELL I TOOK THEM ALMOST 7 WEEKS AGO WHEN MAYBE THE DAMAND WASN'T SO HIGH!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!

When I took the pics TJ said 4-6 weeks. This is BS and I am getting really sick of them!!! UGHHHHHHHHH

Maybe speak to the manager on Wed, give him a few days to get your note and call the manager wed if you don't hear back and complain to him!!!

Thanks hun... yeah I am going to give them HELL this week. I understand they are busy but they should still be taking care of their clients ya know.

Maybe if they take real long, I will give them such hell I get some add on's thrown into my wedding pics package. That will make the wait well worth it

Jumping on to bish - we are 6 weeks this week - waiting on TJ. I'm scared to even call or email them because I'm afraid they are going to say its going to be weeeeeeeeks still. Its kind of unacceptable.

HOLY COW!! Had we known TJ was so popular we may have picked another photog. And yes, I don't want to run into the same issues with our wedding pics. I mean, we are paying a LOT of money for them! We should get them in a reasonable amount of time.

FH thinks that they left our epics untouched/not edited because I stalked them to get them back quicker

Gotcha... I am still waiting on number 1... as marjorie said though I am a little worried to go bat sh!t crazy on them bc they do have our pics and I want nice ones

Honestly, I don't see how I COULD like any of ours, so I'm trying not to go crazy waiting for them. Marjorie - I'm sorry about that. And Alyssa too. So frustrating after all the build up!
