Giorgio's Brides thread!

I want us to have a thread too!!

I am getting married there in August 2004 and always have questions about our place. of course they are always cheesy questions but why not a place for us to ask them!!

anyone ever had the cake or vienese there? or is any bride getting the vienese?

Hi!!! I am getting married at Giorgio's in May. I always have questions, too!!!

I have not had the cake, but I have been to a viennese hour, and it is wonderful!!

I'm getting married at Giorgio's in June, 2005. I still havent' been there yet, but we put the deposit down. A friend of the family had her wedding there and I fell in love with the pictures. My parents and FIL's went and videotaped it for us (we're in CA) and I am still in love with it. My parents have also been to tons of weddings and they've said that the ones at Giorgio's are the best (atmosphere and food wise). FH and I are coming home for Christmas, so we're going to take a trip out to see it and hopefully eat at the restaurant there.

I'm curious about the cakes. I would love to see some pictures of them.

Is anyne going to the Bridal Showcase on Wednesday? My FMIL, FSFIL and FSIL are going. (my parents are on vacation) I can't wait to hear about it!!

Sorry to butt in but we went to a wedding there in June 2001 and it was BEAUTIFUL! I remember the food being great and the whole place was really pretty!

mmmmmm....good point. what colors did your girls go with? i haven't decided yet.

have you seen any of their linen selection? i think i want that white look with the flower on it.....do you know the one i mean? the silvery/white flower?

Giorgio's is beautiful.
I think they get there cakes from Create a Cake.

I just found out that my dad is going tonight!!! I'm so excited. My parents were on vacation visitng my sister in FL, and my dad had to leave early to get back to work. Since he's back on LI, hes going to the showcase to give me a full report! My FIL's will be there too. I can't wait to hear all about it!!!
