I dont want to give too much info right now, due to lurkers...

BUT please answer this question for me...

IF you were given a substantial amount of money and a substantial amount of free/discounted things...would you plan your wedding in 4 months??? FOUR MONTHS!

orrrr would you rather spend all the money yourself and do it traditionally over the course of a year/ year and a half??

I seem to be the minority. Though money is a big issue, I always wanted a fall wedding- and that will be your anniversary for the next 60 years. My family is spread through out the country as well, and I would want the greatest turnout of them, and they would probably need more than 4 months to figure out traveling.

Not to mention, my dress is like 5 layers (full satin ballgown) in the summer...it would be kinda sticky to say the least.

But if it works for you- GO FOR IT!!
