Royal Carribean or Carnival. I am trying to choose between very similar cruises

Re: Girls who cruise...
I've been on both and honestly, it's hard to answer your question because it completely depends on what you're looking for and the kind of crowd you get. I've been on a Carnival cruise that was a great lively crowd - the club and casino would be packed at night, and then I've been on a Carnival cruise where the crowd was families and therefore the club/casino areas were dead - and I can say the same of RC. I actually like Carnival's food better than RC, but the RC ships are much nicer. So it's such a toss up. I usually go with the one who has the better price and better itinerary based on what we're looking for. Otherwise I think they're pretty comparable.

Where did you go? I went to the website and I love it thus far...
We took a cruise out of PR. It went to St Thomas, St Kitts, St Croix, Antigua and St Lucia.
That's the EXACT one I just emailed FH. I think I'm going to book it!!!

I've only cruised twice and carnival both times. Had an amazing time but keep hearing how RC is nicer, but BOTH are god for a younger crowd (Stay away from princess or norwegan, possible celebrity - older). Yes we are looking to have some romantic honeymoon times, but I would rather be on a party both than a boat with 70 yr old retierees in bathing suits - jmo. Off topic... anyways - do RC for the HM!
Disagree completely with you about norwegian... It was BY FAR the most entertaining/crazy cruise ive ever been on... there was nothing OLD about it at all...
Yep, we did a Princess cruise as well that was quite lovely.

Re: Girls who cruise...
I've been on one cruise, RC, and looooved it, we are going back on another in July I've never been on Carnival but from what I have heard I don't want to lol. Several ppl who have cruised on different lines told me that RC is a better cruise line bec of the food, things to do, entertaiment etc. Plus their ships are awesome...According to them you can go on Canival and then RC but not go from RC to Carnival.
