Go ahead, vent about phrases you're sick of hearing!

'you're inviting me, right?!' - i'm sick and tired of hearing this! plus i'm getting tired of saying 'We haven't finalized the guest list yet' too!

'Oh, I talked to so & so today and i've invited them. They said their coming.' from my mom & dad. - AGGGHHH! i really do NOT want to invite someone i barely know dad! mom! just because they saw me in my diapers doesn't mean they KNOW me!!!

'why are you getting married in August?! you KNOW the kids have school by then!' from my OOTC (out-of-the-country) guests - uhm, excuse me? we picked a date because it is special to US (*ahem* the bride & groom?). if you want us to reschedule it for YOUR convenience, we'll take sponsors then... How much can we put you down for?

'How much are you planning on spending on ________?' - why do you care?! oh, my bad, are you looking to be our sponsor too?

and just for kicks, i think this should be added as well

'You're checking account has overdrafted because you spent too much on wedding things' - well, they didn't say that verbatim... and technically it only happened once and i've been pretty good eversince!

Can I just tell you that if hear that or 'where's my invitation?' from now until next August I'm just going to punch people in the face when they ask! I can't stand that, seriously, how rude are you? I would NEVER ask someone that.

We heard a lot of “already” cause we got engaged very quickly, oh and FH got “are you sure you want to get married?” from his father the other day.

'oh so your done with all your planning?': bang: ugh no I have like a 3 page list of stuff that still needs to get done and i tell u that everytime you ask

'so, I'm invited right?' When its the first time in months I am seeing or talking to these people.

Then the guilt trip when someone else says no.

cause we both knew it never was

'...but so and so will be offended if they're not invited!'

omg we hear the same thing. We got engaged on valentines day so we had a little over 2 years but now the year has gone by so quickly and we are still hearing it... UMMMM Hellooooooooooooooo 2010 is over we only have a year and a half.. Our fam Doesnt even want to give us guest names yet LOL it's like pulling teeth. we basically had to keep hounding both of our parents to give us guest names.

Let's see recently its been to my FH Do you really want to get married again so soon. You just got divorced!' no he doesnt want to marry me yet...we're getting married in a year and a half...plenty of time.

Then theres You can't invite person A because person B doesnt like them. Well lets see hmm....If i wanted to invite A and B has a problem with it, than B can go hug a tree because it's MY wedding.

how much weight do you plan to loose before your wedding. And when are you starting your diet. Well thank you for calling me fat.... Real self esteem boost.

we got that ALLLL the time and it really was annoying. We were engaged almost 3 years and it flew by. Best thing we ever did, it gave us time to save so to all those people who said it to us!
