got sent home from work today and not allowed to go to work tomorrow!

My damn knee again! i was crying at work i was in so much pain! it was my first day back since WED of last week. SO i have to call tomorrow afternon and see if i am allowed back or have to stay out till i see the DOC next tuesday!! its good cause i get off but ***** cause i need the $$ ...blehhhhhhhhhhhh

thanks i get the results of the MRI on tuesday ( next week) my doc is on vacation i am just sick of hurting!!!!!!!!!! I wanna know how to make it better already!!!! thank god for vicodin!

I messed up my knee pretty bad a few years ago, surgery a year and a half of physical therapy.... I asked a lot of questions durring that time... if you have questions or think there is any way i can help you out just let me know but i hope yours gets better fast!

thnaks! it started in like 2000 a doc who seemed like she didnt give a crap about me diagnosed at something called conga malaysia (sp?) my ortopedist now says he hopes its not that but it could be. He also thinks it might be platela tendenitis (sp?) but i think 7 years is a long time for tendenitis! we will see soon enough

ill keep you in mind if i think of anything

I had this pain in my wrist for a few years and I went to one orthopedic and he told me I had tendonitis and to just wear a brace on my wrist. Well it didn't go away and it got worse it go so bad I couldn't squeeze shampoo bottles or lift certain things sometime driving hurt it was like crippling pain. Soo eventually I went to a really good new ortho and they took a xray and right away he saw that I had a rare condition called Kienbocks disease which affects like 1 in 100,000ppl. Nice that I get it lol. Anyways mine was level 3 and level 4 is the highest and I had to have a surgey and had a radial shortening where they shorten the bones and put a metal plate and screws in. I was in a cast from May-Aug. It was painful. The surgey wasn't guarentted to work so After I have this baby I have to go for a xray again cos I am having a lot of pain again to see if the bone is still dying and causing degenerative arthritis. If its not good then I have to have a row of bones removed in my hand and I wont be able to make a waving motion. I am dreading finding out. It really *****.

Please do keep me in mind.... you sound more like fh... his knee was bad for four years before the drs know how to fix it.... (both right knees, so we dont even have a pair between us lol)
