Gown Alterations in 4 weeks?

I just bought my dress, and I'm getting married on November 17th. RK Bridal, where I bought my dress won't be able to do my alterations in time... does anyone have any recommendations for a place to get my dress altered?

Or, should I bring it back to RK and *hope* that they can have it altered in time. The dress is scheduled to arrive by September 11th.
