GROOM Wearging All White, what do you think?

Okay, my FH wants to wear all white-to be different from all other grooms who usually wear black and white shirts etc. He thinks it will look great, I think for pictures it will be to much white...but I want him to be happy with what he wears-I don't want to be a dictator, what do you all think?

my husband wanted to wear all white - but he doesn' have the look for it - i think his shoulders are too wide and it would have looked funny......the guy at the tux shop agreed with me.

thats a true statment..there has to be a look for it, and sadly enough, i don't have it either.. i wanted to though. i will still try it on a snap a pic for FW to see when its time

I'm pretty easy going w/ what my FH wants concerning the wedding. - but THAT idea would aboslutely be vetoed ! - I don't think that's a good look for anyone but PDiddy ! JMO

I like that idea. I wanted FH to wear all white, but he decided against it.

All I can think of is the Good Humor man ...

.... it looks very economical...I think it competes with the bride in photos...the bride's dress photographs better against dark or deep colors.

I say if he looks good in it and ur both for it then go for it....
as for my FH i dont even want him wearing a white vest...white shirt is enuff for me...for him it'll be a black tuxedo and platinum tie and vest...

i think it would look great...BUT personally... my FH would be multi-colored by the end of the night.

some people can definitely pull it off but i know my DH would have looked like a male nurse.

I agree with the MTV/guido comments--it was from the 'True Life: I'm Getting Married' where the groom flipped out on the limo company and threatened to kill them.

I think I remember someone mentioning on another thread that her friend's DH wore a white tux but the bride had an ivory gown and every time they stood next to each other, it made her gown look dingy. Just something to consider.
