Hi!!

I am running into the issue regarding the guests minimum. Some require 200!! I wish I knew that many lol

I have on my invite list 149 adults and 13 children.

Can you please share some venues which have a lower minimum?

Thanks for any info!!! It's much appreciated!

Fox Hollow's Winter Garden is 110 on a Saturday night. You'll find places with lower minimums on fridays and sundays or afternoons on saturdays.

My venue is a little off the beaten path but so freaking fun - the Atlantis Aquarium gave us a 150 min for a Saturday but we were iffy on certain people so 150 was our entire guest list so they gave us a 145 min for Saturday night!

Watermill worked with us on our minimum. We went in saying 100 and to get our per person lower we have a 110 min!

Check out Lombards on the bay, fox hollow winter garden, swan club, a bunch of the lessings venues are also smaller like three village inn, mansion at west sayville, coindre hall.

Our minimum for a Friday night in November at the Mansion at West Sayville is 125. I don't remember the minimums for some of the other places we visited but I think the Riveria in Massapequa and Captain Bills in Bayshore may also be good places to check out.

The Swan club has 3 rooms, i can't remember the min for them, but I think you should be covered for the 2nd largest room.

I had that same oroblem. I barely have a 100 people on the invite list. Try fox hollow winter garden as others have suggested

I would also check out the Somerley at the Fox Hollow on a Friday or Sunday...I believe my minimum for a Friday night in April of 2014 was 150...I went above by 30 and it was still very comfortable, and it's similar to a one at a time venue, because the Somerley has 3 floors all your own and it's very own Bridal Suite...The entrance to the Somerley is separate from the other rooms at the Fox Hollow, so you get that special feel :) My guests are still raving about my wedding and it's almost a year later...The food, guest service, the place itself they absolutely loved!!!! :)

It depends on the night. Most places are flexible on nights other than Saturday. The Venetian does 90 on Fridays.
