Also just to add in another point...when you do start looking for jobs in Florida they always ask you on interviews why there is a gap in employment and you usually have to explain why you were out of work. I think it would look alot better to prospective employers if you were working part-time anywhere rather than sitting at home because your leaving in 6 months. Even being a cashier at Burger King can be spruced up to look good on a resume (customer service, cash transacations etc.)
