Hair & Makeup Salon in or around Lindenhurst Area?

Hi, I'm going to be a bridesmaid in a wedding in a couple months, and I think I'm going to just be getting my hair and makeup done near my home. I really don't know how to apply makeup well, so I just want it professionally done at a salon as well and wanted to just figure out my options early. Can anyone recommend any salons near Lindenhurst (could be in Babylon, Massapequa, etc. anywhere within 20 min. drive). Thanks!

I get my hair cut and colored at Catcus in Massapequa. They do makeup there too.

Posh in Babylon does hair and make up. I have never had my make up done there but I always go for my hair. Its a nice salon too.

Majestic Salon in Seaford (I go here for my hair all the time and they do a great job applying makeup)

Your best bet might be Allure in Amityville right on the corner of 110/Broadway or Posh in Babylon on Main St. Both Salon's due beautiful up do's and both have a makeup person their, call for prices. Good Luck
