Have you ever booked a service after only seeing one vendor?

Fh and I have been talking about seeing different vendors and I personally would prefer not to run around to 10 different places getting quotes. I love the internet because I can see everything and then decide if it is worth while. FH seems to want to look at 5 vendors for each service, but he expects me to call them and schedule. He thinks that I will do all the research and tell him when we are going. Is it bad to not want to see a bunch of vendors? I told FH that if he wants to see a bunch of vendors, then he can come here and start doing the research.

I have an appt with a florist tonight. If it goes well and we click, I don't want to look any further. I have seen the work posted here and heard wonderful reviews from you ladies. Why look at 5 places to only go back to the one who might be booked then anyway?

I booked my wedding hall first hall.

I booked Video and pics ..
Saw no on else.

I booked Paris ..
Only band I saw...

I booked My flowes bc of amazing work they did for my e party..

Got my dress in one day..

I think when you know what you want, why waste time running around looking for something 'better'.

If FH wants to look at multiple vendors, he can make all of the appts

We booked the photo and video and the country club without looking elsewhere...we knew what we wanted.

pretty much every vendor I did that way. I went off people''s recommendations mostly. The only one that I actually looked at a second vendor for was my photographer. I thought she was to expensive, but then after visiting another, I realized that her work is very different so we went with her. Go with your gut when you meet these people and enjoy.

i''ve booked my dj and videographer on one visit and a very highly recommendation. i am using finer touch entertainment their web site is finertouchent.com

We booked our photo, video and dj this way. We clicked with them right away. It just felt right when we met with them. We did go to a few places for the hall.

i booked ALL of them without seeing ANYONE ELSE...

once i saw verdi''s pictues, i was amazed...same thing goes with marie and bill from wild rose.
my band/dj combo is four star entertainment.

we looked around for a few things but just one for our rings....its all about how you feel after being there...once we met all the vendors we wound up booking we knew on the spot!
