Ok so I narrowed down my choices between Floweres By Brian and Pedestals. Both were great and I loved Vito at Pedestals he was awesome, only problem is they were at least 800 bucks more which I thought was weird bc so many people told me Flowers by Brian was more expensive. My consultant at Flowers By Brian was Cindy who was great also and really saw my vision! I really dont know what to do, both of their arrangements were amazing. HELP! Please tell me the experiences you had at both, maybe it will help me choose!

i met with both and booked with pedestals. I think FBB had great work but their customer service was not so good (at least the day I was there)...
if you like pedestals, you can tell them you really love them and wanna work with them but they are $800 more than FBB. They will probably take off a few hundred and/or throw some other stuff in. they were totally willing to negotiate with us.

It sounds like the only real difference here between the two for you is price. To me that's a no brainer, I would def go with the cheaper option, $800 is a lot of money. Both florists have awesome reputations so I know you won't go wrong choosing either one! I went with Pedestals but mainly because my quote was cheaper than Flowers by Brian, for me the only difference between the two was price also, good luck!!

We're booked with FBB and we love them. They've been so helpful and accommodating. I've changed my colors and the centerpieces about 3 times and they're always easy to work with on the pricing and everything.

If you like both equally, then I would go with the cheaper one. If you like Pedestals more, speak to them about maybe lowering the price or throwing some things in. Good Luck!!

I had the same issue. After meeting with Pedestals and FBB, I was in love with Pedestals and felt like they were much more welcoming and shared my vision way more than FBB. But Pedestals quoted my about 800 more than FBB, and now I realize that it must be a tactic of theirs because I told them that I really wanted to work with them but the competition was charging me way less.
So they ended up coming down to the number that FBB told me and I was really happy because I looove them and am really excited to work with them.
SO if you want to work with them they will work with you!! The END

Honestly, if you're in love with both and the only negative is the money, then I'd personally go with the cheaper one keep that $800 in my pocket. It seems like either will do an amazing job so I'm sure you can't go wrong with saving a little in the process too

Hi... I'm a Russo's on the Bay bride too... we're using FBB... you went to the one across the street in Howard Beach right?
Go with the less expensive one - you will be happy after all is said and done...

I think you need to go with the one that makes you most comfortable and if money is part of the comfort then go with the cheaper one. Personally speaking I met with both and had I not gone with Flower Michele it would have been Flowers by brian I liked them much better than Pedestals. :) good luck

I am a Vito bride. Loved Vito immediatly! He is very creative, talented, eye for color and is just fantastic. Choose the florist's work you love the best and feel comfortable with. Good Luck!

i didnt read the other responses, someone may have said this but when i visited with pedestals, the following week and then about 5 times more for months after they were calling saying that they would work with me on the price if i was interested in booking them. So if for some reason, you feel that Pedestals has a slight edge over Brians, then try to negotiate with them.

Thank you everyone for your help!! I think I am going to have to go with my gut and pick Pedestals as long as they work on the pricing with me! Vito just got my vision better!! I will let you know what happens!
