We're planning:
3 days in Oahu
3 days in Maui
2 days in Kauai
(stopping in Vegas for 2 nights on the way home)

I am sure you will be ok but everyone says if you want to island hop you need 2 weeks.
We are doing 3 nights in Oahu
3 nights on the Big Island
7 nights on Maui

to be honest, u really need 10 days minimum for hawaii (esp since u're going to 3 islands)
