Ive met with four photographers and either they were wayyyy over priced or so cocky in themselves it turned me off completely. Anyone know of any fun talented photographers who wont cost me an arm and a leg. preferably a girl? I think I'm not looking in the right spots haha

I would also check out Show & Tell Photography. A girlfriend of mine used her, and she is such a sweetheart. She has a really cool blog as well. I would have booked with her, but my family has used Imagine Studios in the past, and love their work.

I cant believe how much more reasonable these photographers are you ladies are recommending. I was being quoted at 2-5grand just for day of. No books No anything. Crazy! I'm super super interested in Gina Esposito. She got back to me right away and was so nice and her pictures are amazingggg. Has anyone ever worried about what if like your photographer gets ill or cant make it to your wedding? Thats my biggest fear ughhh

With celestial Lou owns the company works out of his house to keep costs down and you pay as you go basically for what you get. It is amazing!

I am working with GLENMAR but my photographer is Anna and my photojournalist is Jing...Jing is a doll and takes amazing pics..(check out my album) I haven't met anna but all I have been told is how calming she is...Her pics are gorgeous also and glenmar is honestly very reasonable.

Her packages are between $1,500 and $2,500+
She is very good. Usually they have a backup team incase of an emergency.

I know my choice is not female, but I got married at Giorgio's and used Ken Hild. He's a favorite of mine (and George Jr.) He did sensational work and his prices are VERY reasonable.

We're using Glenmar Studio in Roslyn. They are extremely reasonable and it's a studio with about 8 photographers. This way, if something ever happened to your photographer, you know they'd be someone to fill in which made me happy rather than going with a one-person studio. Also, you can look at different albums and pick the photographer you like best! :)

Check out White Pear Photography. Liz is the owner/photographer and she's amazing to work with. I honestly can't say enough good things about her. We knew 5 mintues into our appointment that we were going to book with her. HTH! Good luck
