I love to cook (and do alot of it). I just tossed my old cheap pots and pans and bought the Emrilware starter set at Macy's - great price and made by All-Clad as well. I have been using them everyday and love love love them

It's not one of your choices but I would say go with the stainless steel All-Clad, they last a lifetime.
