Help Me GIrls! Need something from New York/Long Island!

My darlin and wonderful FH bought all the supplies for our OOT bags (YAY!) and his mom got fun salt water taffy for 'NJ' but I need something that screams 'NY' but isn't large and doesn't cost a lot.

Thinking something like candy, gum, etc. Something that's very 'new york'....

HELP!

Re: Help Me GIrls! Need something from New York/Long Island!

what are the first things you think about when you think NY(C)

bagels
pizza
pretzels

jeez, we are a 'carby' kind of town...

I would do some good bagels (NYC, NOT LI) and those indiv. packs of cream cheese.
