Help! My dress is too tight!
I've had my dress now for quite awhile as my orig. date was Sept. but is now March. My pants had been feeling a little tight as of late so I figured I should make sure my dress fit as the last time I had put it on, it fit perfect - no room for error.Well, I put it on last night and it is super SNUG!! Like I need to lose about 8 lbs or so. I need help!! How am I going to make it through the holidays???
I am the worst with food, I have no will power whatsoever. I'm so disappointed with myself!
So if anyone has any tips or advice, please help me!

Re: Help! My dress is too tight!
I'm so afraid of this happening too
. You'll have to have everything you like but SMALL portions. Oh and go to the dreaded gym. They told me my dress has like an inch slack so if I needed to I could take it out a little (b/c it just fits now and the wedding is in 9 mos.) Just pay attention to what you eat and work hard after the holidays!!!! Good Luck

just take it easy,You have plenty of time and you know what you have to do, just watch what you eat and dont worry about the holidays, start right after.
You should be fine.
I had a friends wedding in begining of Feb 2 years ago and I lost weight for it and didnt start till after the holidays.

Re: Help! My dress is too tight!
I agree eat what you like on the holidays but just eat smaller potions. You can get rid of those eight pounds in the time you have left. Just watch what you eat and hit the gym. If you really need to drop the pounds fast cut out carbs for a month or 2 and hit the gym. You will lose weight. You can do it...don't get discouraged...!!

Re: Help! My dress is too tight!
go to GNC...ask about them
How much do you weight if you don't mind me asking..
I am 105 lbs and I am VERY toned!
I take the fat burners bc they allow me to stay VERY Toned and thin
and I eat healthy but with the pills you can EAT ANYTHING!!!!
fruit soup and water is what I eat for lunch
I am short so I am very conscious of my weight..
STACKERS 1, 2 , 3
Hydroxycut
Xcederine..
They all work.. But stackers take the weight off fast..
When I first met Ronnie I was like 130.. I lost 30lbs FAST!!!!!! and I NEVER put it back on!

Re: Help! My dress is too tight!
I'm 5'9' and I'm not sure what I weigh now, I'm usually b/w 135-138. I don't weigh myself frequently. I usually don't have problems w/ my weight but I guess I've been eating more than usual. I work out on the elliptical machine b/w 15 mins - 22 mins about 4 or 5x a week. I guess I need to step that up. Since I've never had to lose weight, I'm scared that I can't!!! Thanks for the help girls!

Re: Help! My dress is too tight!
Theresa.. I was actually thinking about trying either Hydroxycut or Xcederine. I'm also short and i'm in shape..starting to get pretty toned but I wanted to try these. Which do you recommend? are they good for working out? I want something that will curb my appetite and give me a boost at the gym.Any help would be GREAT!! Thanks :)

Re: Help! My dress is too tight!
I use trim spa to curb my hunger, drink a gallon of ice water a day, I only eat Weight watchers or Lean cuisine for lunch. I also go to the gym 5-6 times a week. I've lost 16 lbs since August

Re: Help! My dress is too tight!
I agree with berlykim. slow down, take it easy you do not need another thing to stress over!! there is still time. Drink LOTS of water and just be careful not to overdue it during the holidays. There's time. and you will do it.

Re: Help! My dress is too tight!
I'm pretty thin now....I really just need to tone up. I probably have about 5 pounds i could lose or tone. it's just in my belly and upper leg area. Which do you think would work best? How do you take the stackers? are they just for weight loss or enegry boost too?

Re: Help! My dress is too tight!
I'm definitely going to drink tons of water and try to cut out some of the caffeine, though I'm a huge coffee drinker. It ****s just because I don't know how long or what I'll need to do to lose this weight since I have never consciously tried to diet. I think I just took it for granted that I could eat what I want and still fit in the dress.
Maybe i'll try those pills short term to see how they work

Re: Help! My dress is too tight!
i would suggest that you increase the amount of time you are on the elliptical machine and do interval training not just continue a one pace. also get started on weight training as well - this will build muscles and muscle burns calories even when you are sitting there doing nothing - increases metabolism. Don't worry you won't end up looking like a body builder 'cuz women don't have enough testosterone.I would be careful about the fat burner supplements - I tried them for a short time and it made me feel loopy - it's definitely a stimulant and some times I thought I felt heart palpitations.
