Re: Help! Need to lose inches...

I ate lots of salads with lean chicken and fruits! I cut back on all the sweets! And for lunch it was either a Atkins shake or lean cuzine! I worked out for an hr 5 times a week!!! Cardio is the best! Elictible( I can't say it or spell it!) works wonders!!!

Re: Help! Need to lose inches...

i have been having one yogurt and some granola on top for breakfast, low sodium/calorie can soup with some crackers, salad or veggies and lean meat for dinner. I try and drink only water and i am trying to get to the gym more than 2 times a week. How does that sound...what should i add/or remove.

Your eating doesn't sound so bad you just have to add more cardio in there, sweat it out baby! Like someone else posted, if you can get to the gym 5 days a week and do an hour of cardio I am sure you will see the results.

I think she was trying to say elipticle

you ladies are funny..haha

I also snack with 100 calorie packs, popcorn and fruits. I took my first cycle(spinning) class tuesday and that is the worst torture machine. I love the fact that you can lose up to 600 cals in one class. That will be my new thing. Wish me luck

Re: Help! Need to lose inches...

I swear by total body shaping! There's one in Bohemia, Deer Park, Calverton, and I think Selden. Amazing class....a little pricy but so worth it!! They'll analyze your diet for you and the workout kicks butt!
