Help needed for John Anthony`s Tasting

I`ve registered for the John Anthony`s tasting coming up this Thursday evening. Actually, it turns out it`s also a bridal expo, with about 35 vendors. Unfortunately, when you register you only get a recording and must leave a message including name, address and phone number. Now I`m keeping my fingers crossed that they listen to my message seriously when I asked about five times not to add me to any mailing lists or phone lists. Every single day we get more mail for some form of vendor, and all of ours have been booked for over four months! (Please be aware you do not call JA`s to register - I posted the 800 number about a week ago, or call JA`s (631-422-2400) for the expo number). Anyway, if anyone has any 'must taste' recommendations, I`d appreciate hearing about them. The menu at JA`s is so extensive, particularly for the cocktail hour, it`s going to be hard to choose, so of course I want the best of the best...as anyone would. :)
