That's right ladies - I'm 're-virginizing' us before the wedding! Cutting him off some time in late September... oh boy!!! Someone please help! ahh!!

TJ- ask Greg what I did when the Deacon George said 'I need to talk to each of you alone, one of you should leave the room'. I bolted out of there and was sweating bullets because I thought he was going to ask if we have had sex. I was so scared! I figured, I'd like FH deal with it and let me know what he said! lol

Have you ever gone away on a long trip without FH? WHen you come back and you see each other, isn't that amazing? This is sort of the same thing...

LMAO!!!!! lol that is funny sounds like something i would do....although when we met with Deacon Frank he was giving us all of the pamphlets and then he hands us the family planning one and he looks at us and starts laughing and said well i think you dont need this one since i just baptized your daughter!

I totally see Maxine's point and a few people (brides) told me this same thing.

However, we chose to withhold for a bit (about 2 months) and it's not just that the wedding night was beautiful (it would have been regardless) is that even though we were dead tired, we made sure we 'consumated' and I hear lots of couples don't - so I think waiting made us that much more willing to stay up!...Sorry if TMI!

Go for it...and enjoy!

ETA: Another bonus was that as our date got closer, we were able to connect on an emotional level - yeah, it stinks not to have sex since it's a great stress reliever - but it was so nice to have deep conversations about our future and share our frustrations, emotions and hopes without me thinking that he was being nice just 'to get some'.

if I did that...FH would cut me off!!!!

I had a friend who cut her FH off for 6 months prior to their wedding... I saw her at her bachlorette party a month before and she was stir crazy
