Hey everyone! So ive been a 'lurker' of LIW for a few months now...i knew my engagement was going to come sometime soon..but it finally happened yesterday!!! and sadly to say this morning the first thing i did was register for this site haha but i swear im real and no drama here! (i read all those posts about the crazy people) but im sooo excited i can start planning now!! I guess the first thing to do is the hall..do u have to have somewhat of a head count before u start looking at places? and a friend of mine told me that i should go to a few places even if i have my heart set on one to find out prices, so i can act like im negotiating..is that true? I have my heart set on CLM but i guess i should find out other prices first right? Thanks so much! and im sooo excited!!!!

haha im hoping thats the date!! I actually dont know for sure yet cause we havent booked anything yet but thats what im hoping for..8-8-08,,it just sounds cool..yeah im a dork LOL but im thinking that my fh will actually remember that date!!!! not to mention that im looking to have a friday night wedding

hahaha thanks! i know soon ill be asking a zillion questions when i start looking at everyhting which will prob start this week..so i figure i can help in whatever way..besides i was addicted to this site before i was engaged..so im happy to finally be able to join the fun!!
