Hotel 2 is $139+tx/night No Shuttle, closer to hall 20 suites available Oct 7-10 book rooms via phone Book by Sept 7

Re: hotel block wording help
I dont think its necessary to provide all of the specifics (ie how many rooms are avail) to you guests. Can you just say rooms have been reserved for you at Hotel #1 and Hotel #2, please mention X-Y wedding when reserving your room. In order to guarentee the discount rate please book by Sept 7th.

Re: hotel block wording help
I would just say:
'Blocks of rooms have been reserved at Hotel A at the rate of whatever plus tax and Hotel B at the rate of whatever plus tax. Please book rooms before whatever date and mention the XY wedding in order to receive the discount,'

Re: hotel block wording help
thanks girls. I just worried because only one of the hotels has a shuttle, and the one that does only has 10 rooms available for the days before and day after.
