For those who had a block of rooms at a hotel... did you have a hotel coordinator/group sales person that you dealt with? If so, did you tip them?
I didn't have a contact person. I would assume if there is a contact person in charge of your group they might receive commission for the amount of rooms they booked. I don't think a tip is necessary unless they went above and beyond their duties.
I worked with the hotel sales manager. I didn't tip her.
I had the group sale manager that I worked with. You def. dont have to tip them at all!
we didn't have a coordinator or anybody like that the hotel that we had our block. soooo... we didn't tip anybody at the hotel
