Currently FH and I are on a pay as you go .. but I have a strong feeling this will backfire towards the end ....... I really would like to start saving however its a little hard since we have so much on our plates.

a little bit of everything
Pay as you go save a little, Income tax , my parents are paying for 3 major vendors plus my dress and my grandmother is paying for 50 guest and giving us a little extra.

Both our parents are giving us 2500 dollars towards the wedding and we are putting money away every month towards it right for the start, then the little extra we have we are buying as you go
my mother is also buying my wedding dress

FH and have a set amount that is taken out of each of our paychecks and put into an ING savings account where it builds up interest (as much as we can until we need to make a withdrawal).
In addition to that, I have money that I am putting aside from my second job on the weekend, FH's been doing side jobs for my father which all that money goes straight to the wedding, and we have a piggy bank that we will randomly put money into and loss change (we've already saved about $700 in that alone the past 3 months! - it really does add up).

me and fh have been saving money for a few years now together......we have been putting away $100 each a week and since we've been living together we put $200 each a week to cover bills and stuff
parents are paying for all the vendors.....which works out to about $10,000 from each set of parents

We are doing a pay as we go.. also making monthly payments to the hall so hopefully that's payed off by the time the wedding day is here.
We are hoping to get some help from our families, but not relying on that.
If worse comes to worse, at the end, we will take out a loan to pay for the rest.

we're both teachers and taking our summer school money plus any afterschool work we do and putting in our wedding fund. 2 summers plus that should hopefully cover most of the cost.
we also have a bunch of money saved already from before our engagement.

same here...
save when we can since im the only one on a steady income right now.. pay as we can for some of the things parents contributing - mine are paying for my dress, deposit for the hall, some help with flowers, their friends that are guests at the wedding.

Its all on us we figured minimum we could save per month. I work two jobs and he puts in overtime to have extra for ourselves and wedding stuff and we surprised ourselves with living on our budget we are a little head of the game

well were are doing: pay as we go making bulk payments from tax return checks my mom is paying for half of the cost of the hall we dont have much saving!!! but we contribute 200 to a susu My godmother brough my dress and my sis and bro are handling florist and limo

-We are paying as we go for the RH (another 1500 payment tommorow )
-Saving by automatic withdrawment into a joint savings account
-Help from my parents (they paid for the downpayment of the RH and will pay for the final payment)
-lots of overtime. FH has started to work late tuesdays and thursdays and I am working late mondays and wednesdays. we have to take turns because one of us has to go home to take care of our doggies. I am also trying to work weekends when I can (like today)
To sum it up - it SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely saving a set amount every paycheck and seeing any where we can get some extra money. It's hard b/c FH is in his last semester of school so we are paying for that and the wedding as he looks for a job in his field of study graphic design. Once he gets a job in the field we will definitely be in better shape. He's been interviewing a lot so i am keeping my fingers crossed.

We are trying to set aside money each week, but that isnt working well so we are paying as we go. I am scared to see what is going to happen when it gets closer
