I don't understand why it would be any body elses business what someone wore...

I think people that have the self confidence to show their body off if it isn't perfect are way super cool and deserve props.

When I am about to lose my lunch in the pool bc she was wearing a 2 piece and she has no business tooo.

honestly T. I give her a lot of credit. who are we to judge another person's body. i mean, if she asks you 'do you think this looks good' that is one thing, but if not, then it is not your place to say a word.
I think a major problem among women and our body images are other women. we blame the 'movies, magazines, music videos, playboy' etc.. for why we all feel 'not as good'. BUT I think women need to stand together and say we are all beautiful and we come in different shapes and sizes and we all deserve the same respect.

It's not polite to tell someone that they have no business being in a 2 piece...but apparently it's polite for people to tell the girls on the other side of the spectrum how *skinny* they are or how they *have* to gain weight...to go so far as to ASK what size they wear and then mock them by saying things like 'negative 2?', 'OMG - you wear a ZERO??'. Whatever.

Not looking to argue, but I don't get the double standards. I think it's bullsh i t.

I am FAR from perfect...and if you read slim down, I could stand to lose a few....and I would be really hurt if someone told me I wasn't supposed to be wearing something because they don't like it. You don't like it don't look!

That's just my honest opinion...and I too give props to people who have the guts to wear stuff like that. I have seen people wearing stuff that I think they shouldn't and I keep my mouth zipped!

i think thin or big, people should have the common sense to dress appropriatlely according to their size is all.

I agree with Jennbaby, I just wouldn't say anything to anyone though, I would never want to hurt anyone's feelings.

Understandable.. but 'dressing appropriately' is a matter of taste... There are some people who would be my size & dress more skimpy, and some people would wear a sack.. it's all a matter of comfort. And by comfort, I mean comfort & confidence in one's self...
