How does this 'Aunt flow' thing work again?

Is it 28 after the last day of your period OR is it 28 days after the first day of your period, that it comes again......


My wedding is comeing up very soon and I am afraid that I might get 'aunt flow' for the HM

good question...it can vary by a day or so...i just follow my BC

Call your gyno, she'll be able to tell you how the cycle works but also maybe she can give you somethign to skip your period next month.

for me, it's always 28 days after the FIRST DAY of period (give or take a day or 2)

Mine's threatening to show up on the Wedding Day, so I feel your pain. I'm trying to fight it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got my friend DURING my pictures before the church...it was HORRIBLE....10 days late....I think the stress made it be pushed off...
