Ok so yesterday i was surprised...at dinner don't remember what we were talking about but FH said 'oh you'll probably get pregnant during the HM' i said ha lets not plan anything, dont you want to wait? and he said no i wouldn't mind having a honeymoon baby. Now let me just say that we discussed this before and we both just agreed to not plan for anything. I said after 2 years we'll try, hes like thats long, maybe by 2009 to already be pregnant and if anything by the 2nd year have it...He also then said hey i wouldn't care if we had one now . I didn't even know what to say.
I want kids badly but i also thought we should wait a little bit lol. Who knew he had the itch
Oh and then he also told me i have to get pregnant May 29 2010 or 2011 i forgot so this way we have have a leap year baby lol...so on top of that im supposed to be popping one out after another
ETA: the part about him not caring if we had one now was just to show he really is ready and doesn't want to wait too long AFTER the wedding, no real intentions to have a kid now or him wanting to try for one before the wedding and i wont even consider it lol

FH wants kids sooo bad...everytime he sees a baby he gets a look in his eye and I know what hes going to say...'lets have babies' lol...I am not ready right now...I am still very selfish and I am very scared of pregnancy...but I hope that changes after the wedding and MAYBE like a year or two after we will start to try

its funny bc i tell FH 'uhmm you do realize that all the money you splurge on yourself will have to go to your kids' So he needs to work on those things lol
He calls me the most unselfish person and least materialistic person he knows, but its still scary lol

We agree on being married for 9-10 years before we have our first baby. We will both be 25 when we get married. We have a long list of things we want to accomplish before we have children.

hahaha i cant wait that long if i were to wait 10 years omg ill be 38 and i cant start popping out the first of 4 kids at that age lol
wow that is long, I agree wiht you denise as far as for us that would be too long to wait. Especially since we want more that 1 child.

FH and I both agree that we want to wait at least 3 years before we start trying for kids. He's so great with my niece and nephew that I have no doubt in my mind that he'll be an excellent dad

FH wants a baby like now. I think hes honestly crazy and i tell him that all the time. I threaten his life all the time i told him if he gets me prego before the wedding that i will kill him i say we have to wait so we will wait ... i will probably go off BC a little after the wedding ...

FH wants a family and he doesn't want to be much older when we start one, but I'm in no rush. I want us to be settled in our house before we try. We've never lived together and I want to enjoy being married for at least a year. FMIl keeps saying she wants to be a young grandmother. She is young, she's just a nutjob but I love her to death. It will happen when it happens.

Fh wants kids he wouldn't mind if we had a HM baby either. We both really want kids but we were hoping not untill atleast 1 year after. but if it happends sooner that is great!

If it was up to FH we would have kids right away, but I want to wait a few years. I love kids and do want them, but I want to enjoy our time together before we start having kids. I figure about 2-3 years after we are married!

FH is great with kids, but I think he'd have a panic attack if I told him I was pregnant now. We want to wait 2-3 years after the wedding. I'll be 27 at the wedding, so I don't want to wait too long... we'll see what happens.

we havnt really discussed it, he is super busy with work, traveling for business, building a house and planning the wedding...theres plenty to keep us both busy for a while
