Yes my fiance is nuts. He is greek and he will be flying in a musician from Greece. I will have a band there and then the greek musician will follow. This is why we need the extra hours, we don't want to ruin the mood for our other guests..

Which island? He is from Crete. That would be ideal., it will save us a lot of money and be beautiful, but my mother refuses to fly.

To be different my fiance and I are thinking about having a 7 hour wedding! We don't want it to end.

Cocktail hour, 4 hour reception, Vianese hour, after hours party.

i think of myself as a guest and usually im tired after a few hours

4:30 ceremony
5:00 Cocktai
I think its a hour so i will say 6 Reception
10:00pm end time then a possible after party but don't know that till the wedding gets closer.

5 1/2 hours

730 - 8 - ceremony
8-915 - CH
915 - 115 - Reception

Yea, YOUR RIGHT! alot of my side of the wedding will leave.

2:30 Church (that's their latest ceremony)
Pictures in between
6pm-7pm Cocktail
7pm-11pm Reception
11pm-12am Vienese

you will have a long gap between CH and RH?
I didnt book the church yet., the day is on hold but we still have to decide on time. We don't want to make it too late so that theres still light out for pics.

RH starts at 8:30

yowzah. I know, as a guest, I wouldn't stay for the entire time....

I become 'grandma' at like midnight.
