So far I've booked my hall and DJ. I have an appoinment with my priest on Tuesday which took two months to set. The church didn't have a calander for '08 yet, so they said I had to wait. I felt like going out there and buying it myself just so that I could make sure I got my date. We'll start looking at photographers next and then wait until next year for the more creative aspects of the wedding (florists, dresses, favors, ect...). I know if I do it any earlier than that I'll find something that'll make me second guess my decisions, so I'll leave all that fun stuff for later.

so far i have the church, reception , thats pretty much it but i do want to get dj, photographer/video out by october.

I m 08 bride So far we booked The hall, church, video, photographer and DJ. Now I m just shopping around for limos and Florist. Everyone is telling me it's too early for that..

Nothing yet but we've decided to get married at the church his family attends and have our reception at the New York Botanical Gardens. Every since my FH took me there years ago I dreamed of having our wedding there!!! But unfortunately they don't lock in prices It's good to know that some photographers and dj's will...but I don't know who to go with!!

hello ladies! 08 bride here... booked the hall today... swan club. So excited! We're going to look at some dvd's of bands tomorrow.... then the 'big stuff' will be in place!

Hey everyone! I'm Stepheine and so far we booked our church, photograghy, hall andworking on the hooneymoon. We figured if we get the big stuff out the way then by Feb 2008 everything will be paid for and we can just relax and focus on getting my gown made, our two sons and his Tux made. I'm excided.

Add me to the list of '08 brides! Haven't yet booked anything but we're aiming for May of 2008. Seeing how many of you have already booked places for that month, I guess we have to go out fast and look at places before everywhere we'd want is 'taken'!
