How many BM's is everyone having?? I have sooo many people... the least i can narrow it down to is 8... is that to many??

I think it depends somewhat on the size of your wedding. I wouldn't do 11 bridesmaids if your wedding will only have 100 people. Or a 4-person BP for a 300-person wedding. But that's JMO - one perk to being a bride is that you can do whatever you want!

I have 6.........I was in a wedding last year with 8 BMs, its your wedding and its up to you who you want there on your special day with you

I think you should have as many as you want. I have 7 BMs, a MOH and 2 FG totalling 10 in all. I would have had 8 BMs but one of my girls had to drop out due to health issues. Some people commented on my having such a big BP but it doesn't bother me. I can't imagine not having each and everyone of them there in a speical role on my day.

i had 8...don't listen to 'proper ettiquette'...that stuff just makes me go . if they're special to you, then have them.

ps: if it makes u feel better, my cousin just got engaged & is having 12! but just remember that it costs u more money later on
